A video showing UP's Urban Development Minister, Chittaranjan Swaroop enjoying the dance of a bar girl has created a ruckus. The video shows guests showering money on the dancer watched by the minister at one of the Samajwadi part member's family function. With a number of riot victims yet to return home, the minister and ruling pary members indulging in such amusements has created a furore.
